A unique baraat was seen in Unwal, Gorakhpur on Tuesday evening. The groom Krishna Verma was taken out with the children of the family riding on a bulldozer amidst the baraatis. During this time, a crowd of spectators gathered on both sides of the road.
The baraatis danced to the song ‘Jab Champ Ke Baba Ke Buldozer’. Krishna Verma, son of Mehin Verma, a resident of Ward No. 10 in Unwal Nagar Panchayat of Khajni, got married on Tuesday. Ever since the wedding was fixed, people from the in-laws’ side of Khalilabad made fun of the groom and said that this time Babaji’s party lost in Khalilabad Sant Kabir Nagar.
He used bulldozers a lot, but even after this the party could not win. The groom did not like this. He said that Babaji is the pride of our Unwal. After this he took a unique decision.
Instead of an expensive air-conditioned car, a bulldozer was chosen to take the groom. The family members also explained that this would make him a laughing stock but Krishna was adamant. On Tuesday evening, the groom came out sitting on a bulldozer and the ritual of Parchavan was completed. This baraat is being discussed a lot.
