UPPSC PCS Prelims Exam Postponed: The Combined State / Senior Subordinate Services (PCS) 2024 Prelims Examination to be held on March 17 has been postponed by the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission. Now this exam will be conducted in July. The candidates demanding cancellation of RO-ARO recruitment exam were demanding extension of the date of PCS preliminary exam. However, the Commission has not given any reason for postponing the examination.
220 posts will be filled through PCS exam. 5.74 lakh candidates had applied for the examination. This exam was organized in the month of May last year. Whereas this examination was also postponed in the year 2022. But at present the date of the meeting which will take place on March 17 has not been decided.

The examination will be conducted in two shifts. The first shift examination will be held from 9.30 am to 11.30 am. Whereas the second shift will be organized from 2.30 pm to 4.30 pm. Candidates will have to take some important documents with them at the time of exam. The candidate will have to carry ID proof with him while going for the examination. UPPSC PCS Prelims Exam Postponed: How to download admit card
- Step 1: To download the admit card, first go to the official website of UPPSC i.e. uppsc.up.nic.in
- Step 2: After this, click on the admit card link on the candidate homepage
- Step 3: Then the candidate has to enter the registration number, date of birth and his/her gender.
- Step 4: Download UPPSC Prelims Exam Admit Card 2024
- Step 4: Finally candidates take a print out of the admit card
