More than 48 lakh candidates
More than 48 lakh candidates have applied for UP Police Constable Recruitment. All of them had to face a lot of problems due to the cancellation of the exam last time. This time the board is taking extra precautions so that there is no paper leak or any such problem.
A total of 60,244 constable posts are to be recruited in Uttar Pradesh Police. A large number of candidates have applied for this.

In the notice issued in this regard, the Board has written that, ‘The written examination for Direct Recruitment – 2023 for the posts of Constable Civil Police is to be conducted by the Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board in two shifts on 23, 24, 25, August and 30, 31 August 2024.
