The wait for the result of UP Police Constable Recruitment Exam 2024 is going to end soon. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has recently announced that the result of this examination will be released by the end of October. The Chief Minister has directed the Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPBPB) to prepare the result and release it on time.

when was the exam held
UPPBPB conducted the first phase of constable recruitment examination on 23, 24 and 25 August 2024, while the second phase was conducted on 30 and 31 August 2024. This examination was conducted at 1,174 examination centers in 67 districts of Uttar Pradesh. The examination was conducted in two shifts, which included examinations from 10 am to 12 noon and from 3 pm to 5 pm.
So many candidates were included
About 48 lakh candidates had participated in this examination. In the first phase, 28.91 lakh candidates appeared, while in the second phase, 19.26 lakh candidates appeared for the exam. However, 31.38 percent candidates could not appear in the examination in the first phase. The board had made special security arrangements to prevent malpractices in the examination. Technologies like biometric verification, fingerprint and facial recognition were used to maintain the transparency of the examination.

Provisional answer keys have been released
Provisional answer keys were released after each stage of the examination and candidates were also given an opportunity to raise objections. The last date for filing objection was 19 September 2024. Now candidates can get all the information related to the result by visiting the official website of UPPBPB uppbpb.gov.in.
How to check results
- Step 1: First of all type uppbpb.gov.in in your web browser and press enter.
- Step 2: When the website opens, go to the home page and find the link ‘UP Police Constable Result 2024’. Click on this link.
- Step 3: Now a login page will open, where you will be asked for information like registration number and date of birth. Fill all the information correctly.
- Step 4: After filling the information, click on the “Submit” button. Your result will appear on the screen.
- Step 5: Check your result carefully and ensure that all the information is correct. You can also download it.
- Step 6: Finally take a print out of the result.
