The solver gang caught in the constable recruitment exam has deep roots. In the male category, there are candidates from Rajasthan and Bihar as well. In the girl category, there are candidates from nearby districts. The police department has claimed to have made extensive arrangements for the exam. A three-tier checking has been arranged at each centre. A team of one ASP, three COs and 16 inspectors has been deputed. Monitoring is also being done through CCTV. Amidst all this, the police made it public on Sunday, 24 hours after arresting two members of the solver gang in MPP Inter College at Veer Vinay Chauraha in the city on Saturday.

Investigation revealed that constable Shri Bhagwan, resident of Khudila police station Rajkheda district Dholpur Rajasthan, posted in Aligarh PAC 45th battalion, had come to take the exam in place of his friend’s brother Gajendra Singh to help him pass. Constable Govind Singh posted in Mathura SSF was also with him. Now the police is trying to find out who all are involved in this racket. ASP Namrita Shrivastava says that action is being taken on the basis of information received from the two arrested accused. CO City has been entrusted with the investigation of the entire case.

In the police recruitment examination held in February 2024, 11 solvers were arrested from various examination centers of the district.
