The result of the joint entrance examination conducted by the Board of Technical Education for admission to private and government polytechnic institutes of the state was declared late on Thursday evening. The entrance examination was conducted from 13th to 18th June.
According to the Joint Entrance Examination Council, a total of 4,12,759 candidates had registered for the entrance examination. Out of these, 3,04,382 candidates appeared in the examination and 3,04,329 candidates have been declared successful. The result of the examination can be seen on the council’s portal jeecup.admissions.nic.in It has been uploaded on the website. According to the council, Mohammad Saif Ansari of Varanasi in Group (subject wise) A, Dharmendra Dhamshaiya of Jhansi in Group B, Vishal of Prayagraj in Group C, Sandeep Kumar of Unnao in Group D, Dilip Kumar Yadav of Prayagraj in Group E1 have got the first rank.
Similarly, Shivanshu Verma from Kanpur Nagar in Group E-2, Sanjay Kumar from Bareilly in Group F, Anuj Kumar from Meerut in Group G, Ranjeet Kumar from Rae Bareli in Group H, Kunal Jaiswal from Gorakhpur in Group I, Alok Agnihotri from Kanpur Nagar in K-1, Tushar Saxena from Lucknow in K-2, Piyush Gaur of Ghaziabad in K-3, Ajit Kumar Kushwaha of Gautam Buddha Nagar in K-4, Asmit of Ambedkar Nagar in K-5, Subhash Gupta of Kanpur Nagar in K-6, Mahi of Baghpat in K-7, Brijraj Sharma of Agra in K-8 and Subodh Kumar Gupta of Gautam Buddha Nagar in L have got the first rank.
