UPSC CSE Prelims Exam: There is good news for the candidates preparing for UPSC CSE exam. Now these candidates will be given one lakh rupees by the government. This money will be given to those candidates who will succeed in the prelims exam. The Telangana government has decided to give Rs 1 lakh to the youth of its state.

The Civil Services Exam conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is counted among the toughest exams in the world. This exam is conducted in three stages. These include preliminary, main and interview. Every year lakhs of candidates from across the country prepare for this exam. However, only a few candidates succeed in the exam.

Passing the prelims exam conducted by UPSC is not an easy task. Candidates have to prepare hard to pass this exam. Candidates who crack this exam are honored by the state government. Along with this, state governments also give incentives to those candidates. The Telangana government has announced a reward of Rs 1 lakh for the candidates who pass the UPSC prelims exam.

You will get benefit under this scheme

State CM A Revanth Reddy has launched a new scheme for the candidates who pass the preliminary examination of the commission. Under this scheme, the candidates who succeed in the prelims exam will be provided Rs 1 lakh by the government. The name of this scheme of the state government is Rajiv Gandhi Civil Abhayahastam Yojana. Talking about the objective of the scheme, it is to boost the morale of the candidates and also encourage them towards the UPSC main examination.

What are the terms?

Only the residents of Telangana will get the benefit of Rajiv Gandhi Civil Abhayahastam Yojana. To avail the benefits of the scheme, the candidate must be a resident of that state. Candidates of all categories living in Telangana will get the benefit of this scheme. The condition is that the family income of the candidate passing the exam should be less than Rs 8 lakh. Also, candidates posted on permanent posts in the Central Government, State Government and Public Sector Organizations will not get the benefit of this. Candidates will get the benefit of this scheme only once.
