Unlike other candidates, he did not have money for coaching, so he insisted on passing the UPSC exam on his own and finally made his family proud by fulfilling his dreams. We are talking about IAS officer Anshuman Raj.
Every year UPSC exam (Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) Lakhs of candidates prepare for the UPSC exam. Out of which a large number of candidates take the help of coaching to prepare. But Anshuman Raj did not do this. He was born in Buxar, Bihar. During his school days, he used to study sitting in the light of a lamp. He studied till 10th class in Navodaya Vidyalaya. At the same time, he passed 12th class from JNV Ranchi. He dreamed of cracking UPSC from the beginning. Coming from an ordinary family, Anshuman was determined to crack this exam without coaching and also got success.
Become an IRS officer in the first attempt
Anshuman Raj, who prepared on his own, had so much passion that he cracked the difficult UPSC exam in his very first attempt. However, he could not become an IAS officer with the rank he got in the first attempt. He got a chance to join IRS. But in his desire to become an IAS, he gave the exam again but was disappointed in two attempts. Even after failing twice, Anshuman did not give up and decided to give the exam once again. In his fourth attempt, he put in all his efforts and fulfilled his dream of becoming an IAS by getting 107th rank.
The right strategy is necessary
Advising the candidates preparing for UPSC, Anshuman Raj says that it is not necessary to prepare for the exam by living in a big city. The exam can be passed even by living in a village. You should have confidence. With the help of the internet, you can prepare well for the exam. If you follow the right strategy, you will definitely be successful.
