This building has all the luxury facilities, for which you spend thousands of rupees in the market. Orange County Society Secretary SK Sharma talked to Local18 about this. He told that this upside down house was built in the year 2009 at a cost of approximately 15 to 20 crores. Inside it, there are billiard room, spa, salon, luxury gym, banquet hall, sitting gallery and many other types of facilities.

Seeing this upside down house in Indirapuram is a unique experience. Therefore, people who come to know about it, definitely visit it once. However, keeping in mind the security of the society, no one is allowed to enter inside. In such a situation, people capture this unique building on camera from outside. People come near the upside down house and take selfies, take pictures of this building from different angles. SK Sharma said that due to its unique design, this building has become a landmark. If you ask an auto or rickshaw driver in NCR to take you to the upside down house, you will not have to say anything again.
SK Sharma said that if someone has to come to Ahimsa Khand of Indirapuram in Ghaziabad, he can easily reach there by keeping the Ulta Ghar in mind. He said that there are many types of public facilities in this Ulta Ghar, for which membership can be taken. However, this facility is available only for the members of the society. The Caracalla Club running in this Ulta Ghar remains open 6 days a week, while it is kept closed on Monday for maintenance.
