Donald Trump Statement: US President Donald Trump gave a shocking reply to a reporter’s question about the deadly accident of two aircraft in the Potomac River at Washington DC. In fact, the reporter asked him if he was planning to go to the accident site, in response, President Trump said, “You want me to go to swim there?”
The US President said, “I plan to go on a tour, but not at the scene, because you tell me, what is the incident? Water? You want me to go to swim there?”

Criticism of US President
Many people are criticizing President Trump’s comment on social media. A user on X wrote, “Donald Trump has jokingly said as ‘swimming’ after the deadly DCA aircraft accident. This accident lost at least 64 American passengers and 3 American military officers.”
Another user has described the US President as a person of narrow mindset.

How did the accident happen?
The US capital Washington DC collided with two aircraft at 9 pm on Wednesday (29 January 2025). All the people present in both the aircraft died in the collision. One of them was an American airlines aircraft, with 60 passengers and 4 crew members and the other aircraft was the ‘Black Hawk Helicopter’ of the Army. Three US Army soldiers were sitting in it.
According to US media reports, passenger aircraft cances was going to Washington. Most of the passengers in this were from America and Russia. This aircraft had a player of figure scatters, ie ice, players. The aircraft was about to land in Washington DC that just before that it collided with the helicopter of the army. After the collision, the passenger aircraft broke into two parts in the air itself and fell into the Potomac River below. After the accident, a large number of accidental forces reached and the work of removing the dead body from the river continued overnight.
