The Yogi government of Uttar Pradesh has achieved a big achievement. Uttar Pradesh has got the first position in identifying and treating Tuberculosis (TB) patients. Maharashtra is at second place and Bihar is at third place.
The central government had set a target of finding 6.5 lakh patients for Uttar Pradesh. In this, till October 31, 5.59 lakh TB patients have been identified in the state. In this, more than two lakh patients have been identified by private doctors.
Maximum registrations took place in these districts
In Agra, Mathura, Jhansi, Kanpur, Meerut and Moradabad, private doctors have done maximum registration. State TB Officer Dr. Shailendra Bhatnagar said that Shravasti has proved to be a laggard in the matter of private registration. Only 38 private registrations have been done here.
Where and how many patients were registered?
Similarly, only 215 patients have been registered in Mahoba, 271 in Sant Ravidas Nagar, 277 in Hamirpur, 293 in Kannauj, 297 in Sonbhadra, 312 in Chitrakoot, 370 in Sultanpur, 392 in Amethi and only 395 in Kanpur Dehat.
