This phase includes Shahjahanpur reserved, Kheri, Dhaurahara, Sitapur, Hardoi reserved, Misrikh reserved, Unnao, Farrukhabad, Etawah reserved, Kannauj, Kanpur, Akbarpur, Bahraich reserved Lok Sabha seats and Dadraul assembly by-election. In the fourth phase, maximum 15 candidates are in Kannauj and least 7 candidates are in Etawah safe area.

There are a total of 2 crore 47 lakh 47 thousand 27 voters in the fourth phase, out of which 1 crore 31 lakh 82 thousand 341 are males, 1 crore 15 lakh 63 thousand 739 are females and 947 are of third gender. There are 3 lakh 73 thousand 751 voters in Dadraul Assembly by-election, which includes 2 lakh 263 male voters, 1 lakh 73 thousand 436 female voters and 52 third gender voters.
