As long as you are sitting and talking in a civilized manner, no one can pick you up from there.

If you hold your partner’s hand in the park, then it does not come under the scope of obscenity, in such a situation no one can harass you for doing so. Apart from this, even if you do a normal hug, no one has the right to interrupt you. Although you cannot kiss or do any dirty act in a public place, if you do so then the police can take you into custody. If the police is unnecessarily harassing you, then you can protest against it and complain about the policeman to higher authorities.
