Allahabad High Court Chief Justice Rajesh Bindal said that lawyers also have to come together for transparency in the judicial system, as advocates act as a bridge between the society and the government. He was addressing the inauguration ceremony of the two-day (December 24-25) 46th session of the Uttar Pradesh Tax Bar Association as the chief guest on Sunday at the auditorium located in Bareka.

The Chief Justice praised the announcement made by the Central Government to distribute free ration. Also suggested that the advocates should see whether the money being spent is being used properly or not. The Right to Information Act (RTI) can prove to be helpful in this.

He said that change is necessary in every society. Taxpayers also have a big role in the way the situation has improved after Corona. Ordinary lawyers do not have much knowledge about tax. Sitting in the office, no officer or Babu can implement any law.
