Disadvantages of Vegan Diet

By following the vegan diet, dairy products are completely removed from the body’s diet. Due to this, many deficiencies can also occur in the body. This can cause deficiency of vitamins and minerals like calcium and omega-3 in the body.

Vegan diet does not contain sufficient nutrients. Due to which the digestive system can also get damaged.
