VHP Warns School That Hindu Children Are Made Santa Claus On Christmas Legal Action Will Be Taken


Christmas 2022: The festival of Christmas is celebrated with great pomp all over the world, but the Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) in central India has requested all schools in its area not to make Hindu children Santa Claus. VHP has requested all schools in 16 districts of Madhya Pradesh falling under its jurisdiction not to make Hindu children Santa Clauses without the permission of parents. He said that if any school does this, then the council will take statutory legal action against it.

Jitendra Chauhan, Head of Publicity of Vishwa Hindu Parishad Madhya Bharat Province, issued a release on Saturday. It has been said in the release that the students who believe in Sanatan Hindu religion and tradition in all the schools of the Parishad are making Santa Claus in the Christmas program to be held in the school and are also asking them to bring Christmas trees. It has been said that this is an attack on our Hindu culture. It has been said in the statement that it is a conspiracy to inspire Hindu children to Christianity and financially it is also a loss to the parents by bringing such a dress or tree.

“India is the land of saints, not of Santa”
The release questioned whether this school is working to create faith and faith in Christianity by making Hindu children Santa. It says, “Our Hindu children should become Ram, Krishna, Buddha, Gautam, Mahavir, Guru Govind Singh, all this should happen.” Hindu children become revolutionaries, great men, but should not become Santa (Santa Claus). This land of India is the land of saints, not of Santa.

According to the release, “Therefore, all schools are requested not to make Hindu children Santa Claus without the permission of the parents and if any school does so, Vishwa Hindu Parishad will take statutory legal action against that school.” Jitendra Chauhan told that these letters are being given to all the schools in all the 16 districts of Bhopal, Narmadapuram, Gwalior and Chambal, the four divisions of Madhya Pradesh which come under the Madhya Bharat region of Vishwa Hindu Parishad.
