VI New Entry Level Plan: At present, there are only 3 such companies in the telecom world whose dominance is seen in the market. This includes the names of Reliance Jio, Bharti Airtel and VI. Compared to Airtel and Jio, vodafone-idea is far behind in terms of user base and the company has around 240 million customers. According to a report by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India, 18.27 lakh people left Vodafone-Idea in the month of November last year, after which the total number of customers of the company has come down to 24.37 crore. The company is continuously suffering losses in terms of customers. The main reason for this is that the company does not have its own 5G network. Also the customer support is not as good as compared to others. Meanwhile, to woo customers and maintain their hold in the market, vodafone-idea has introduced a new entry level affordable prepaid plan. This is a 2 digit plan in which you get 28 days validity.
