A charge sheet has been filed in the court in the case of the video of Baba torturing a three-year old girl going viral. A report in this matter was registered in Jawan police station of Aligarh on 1st February.
According to the information, the video went viral around January 30. When the police went to the girl’s house and investigated, the video was found to be about a year old. Outpost Incharge Kasimpur said that the video is of a three-year-old girl. In which the girl’s father is seen torturing the girl.
A report was lodged against Baba in Jawan police station on February 1 for torturing the girl. Which was being investigated by Sub Inspector Amit Kumar. Amit Kumar told that now the girl is living safely with her father. Based on the report filed, chargesheet has been filed in the court. The video which is going viral is one year old.
The girl’s father and her mother, residents of Rampur, were returning to Rampur at night after watching a movie in Aligarh on 28 January. His car got punctured on the way. The husband parked the car on the side to change the step. The wife was lighting the fire with a torch. Meanwhile, an unknown vehicle crushed him. Due to which he died on the spot. After this the girl is living with her father without her mother.
