Vijaya Pandit News: Actress Vijayta Pandit, who became famous overnight with the film ‘Love Story’, recently talked about her difficult days. Vijayta told that after the death of her husband music composer Adesh Srivastava, she was left alone. No one from the industry asked about her well-being.
“Nobody came to meet me”
In a conversation with Laharen Retro, Vijayta said, ‘After Aadesh ji left, no one came to my house and asked how I was. In the industry, they say that we are family, no one came to meet me. I have had this experience that as long as you have work, you are good. I will not take the names of all the singers but everyone used to come here, eat and drink, birthday parties, everything used to happen. After Aadesh ji left, I have not even heard anyone’s phone call. Such is the world.’
Asked for help from Shahrukh-Amitabh
Apart from this, the actress also talked about Amitabh Bachchan and Shahrukh Khan Vijayta said- Shahrukh had given me his number, but it is now switched off. I would like to remind Shahrukh that Aadesh and he were good friends. Shahrukh come and help my son. He needs a little push.
Regarding Amitabh, Vijayta said that Adesh has worked with Amitabh from morning till night. Amitabh used to come to Avitesh’s programs. He also came to the launch of Avitesh’s first song. But now he has stopped. The time has come, Amitji should do something for my son now.
Let us tell you that Vijayta made her debut in 1981 with Love Story. The film was a blockbuster hit. But the actress’ career did not benefit from it. She did many films like Mohabbat, Jeete Hain Shaan Se, Deewana Tere Naam Ka, Jaljala, Pyar Ka Toofaan.
