Due to heat, humidity and rain in Agra, the number of viral fever patients has increased in government hospitals. 40 percent of the patients visiting physician OPD are suffering from viral fever. 475 patients visited SN Medical College’s OPD on Saturday, out of which 336 were old and 139 were new patients suffering from viral fever.
District hospital physician Dr. Atul Saraswat said that the number of patients suffering from fever, cough, cold, body ache, vomiting and diarrhea has increased. The problem of fever and diarrhea is being seen in children and the elderly.
SN Medical College physician Dr. Jitendra Dauneriya said that in viral fever, a person starts having pain, sore throat and itching. Along with this, there are symptoms of body pain, fever and cough.
To avoid viral fever, elders should wear masks. In case of viral fever, first of all gargle with salt. Take medicine only after getting a checkup from a doctor. If precautions are not taken, this fever is spreading from one person to another very quickly.
Child admitted for three days
Shahganj resident Chandni said that the child has been admitted to the district hospital for three days. He is suffering from fever and stomach ache. He has not recovered yet.
I got a baby fever
Saraswati, a resident of Agra Cantt, says that first I had fever and then my child got it. The child is having trouble breathing. Due to this he had to be admitted to the hospital.
