After getting your car serviced, you would expect that it would not have any problems for at least a few months. But then, a variety of problems can crop up. The tires could be worn out, the fuel could be running out, or the car’s air conditioning unit could be damaged. But one woman never thought that her air filter, which is the most important part of a car service, would have a problem. When the woman removed her car’s air filter to check for the problem, she was shocked by what she saw.
When the woman shared her experience with the picture on social media, people started commenting. When the woman removed the part of the car, she saw that an obscene message had been left behind. On this, people believe that this message must have been left as a prank by some mischievous mechanic.
The caption on the picture read: “My fiancée had an air filter installed during service last year…” The message on the picture read, “You are fat,” the message added to the filter. The picture quickly went viral when it was shared on social media. Knowledgeable people agreed that this funny trick is often done behind customers’ backs.
The surprising thing was why such a message was written on the car filter. (Image: Reddit)
One person replied: “Low volt electrician checking in. Can confirm it’s something you’ll find almost everywhere half-hidden from people.” A third person said: “I have a 10-year-old car that’s had some work done on it in the last few years. Now I wonder if I’m walking around with secret messages.” It’s nothing personal.
Another Yager reassured, “If you are not a mechanic, have never been a mechanic, or are not related to a mechanic, you might think this is for the customer. I assure you it is not.”
