You can complain online
If your name has been removed from the voter list before the assembly elections. So in such a situation you can complain about this. For this, if you want, you can adopt the online method. For online complaint, you will first have to go to the official site of National Voter Service Portal (NVSP) https://voters.eci.gov.in/.

After this you will have to click on the section of ‘Register Complaint’ or ‘Share Suggestion’. After this you will have to click on ‘Register Complaint’ there. After this you will have to create your account there. If you already have an account, you will have to login again. After this you can file your complaint.
You can complain to BLO
Apart from this, if you wish, you can meet the Booth Level Officer i.e. BLO of your area. After meeting the BLO, you will have to fill Form 6 and submit it along with some important documents along with a passport size photograph. After this your name will be added to the voter list.

After changing the area, get your name registered in the new list like this
If you have left one area of a city and started living in another area. So you will have to get your name removed from the voter list of the old area. After this you will have to fill Form 7. You can download it from the online Election Commission website. After this you will have to go to the BLO and submit the form along with identity card proof and address proof. After this your name will be registered in the voter list of the new area.
