Everyone from children to adults likes it. We are talking about Bhelpuri. It is also very easy to make Bhelpuri which is full of taste. Bhelpuri is a famous street food of our country.

Bhelpur is prepared from 13 items
Ashok Bhelpuri wala in Faridabad said that I have been selling Bhelpuri for 10 years. I prepare Bhelpuri by mixing 13 types of items and feed it to people. It has 13 types of namkeen like peanuts, chilua, gram, three four types of gram flour namkeen, gram dal, sev namkeen etc. and after this add garlic chutney, green chutney and date-tamarind chutney and mix it well. Bhelpuri is made by adding chaat masala, lemon juice and salt according to taste which is liked by most of the children.

Know what is the rate

I sell Bhelpuri from ₹10 to ₹30. When I started, I sold Bhelpuri for ₹5. I sell it in 10 villages in a week. I sell Bhelpuri worth ₹1000 every day. Out of which, I spend ₹150 every day on my Bikki. I leave at 9:00 in the morning to sell Bhelpuri. I reach home at 9:00 in the night.

Prepare Tasty Bhelpuri at home like this
Ashok told that you can make Bhelpuri at home as well. To make Bhelpuri, first of all chop onion, tomato, green chilli and green coriander leaves finely. After this, cut boiled potatoes into pieces as well. Now take puffed rice in a big bowl. After this, add chopped onion, potato, tomato, green chilli in the bowl. After mixing all the things well, serve it by adding papdi, fried masala chana dal, raw mango pieces, sev, green coriander. After eating this, the hunger of your children as well as other family members will be satiated.
