Recipe made from jaggery –

Jaggery kheer
Material-
Rice – 1 cup
Milk – 1 liter
Jaggery – 1 cup
Dry fruits – 1/2 cup

Method: Boil milk and add washed rice to it and cook until it is cooked. When the rice is cooked, slow down the flame and add jaggery to it. Now add dry fruits to it and serve hot.

Jaggery and Sattu Laddu
Material:
Sattu – 4 spoons
Jaggery – 2 tbsp
Lukewarm water – as per need

Method: Dissolve jaggery in lukewarm water and add sattu to it, mix well and give it the shape of laddu. You can also grind dry fruits and add it.

Jaggery and peanut laddus-
Material:
Peanuts – 1 cup
Jaggery – 1 cup

Method: Roast the peanuts and remove the peel. Now melt the jaggery on low flame and add peanuts to it and mix. Now make small laddus out of it.

Jaggery and sesame laddus-
Material:
Sesame seeds – 1 cup
Jaggery – 1 cup
Ghee – 1 teaspoon

Method: Lightly roast sesame seeds, melt jaggery in it and add sesame seeds to it. Once it cools down a bit, make laddus and let it cool.

Consume jaggery like this also,
