Palak Chicken Recipe
– 500 grams chicken
– 250 grams fresh spinach
– 1 onion (finely chopped)
– 2 tomatoes (finely chopped)
– 1 green chilli (chopped)
– 1 inch ginger
– 5-6 garlic cloves
– 1 tsp cumin
– 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
– 1 tsp red chili powder
– 1 tsp garam masala
– salt to taste

First of all, wash the spinach thoroughly and boil it. While boiling, boil it for a few minutes and then put it in cold water and cool it. After this, grind spinach in a mixer and make a paste. Now heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and fry till its aroma emerges. Then add finely chopped onions and fry them until they turn light brown. Now add ginger-garlic paste and green chilli and fry for a few minutes. Now add chopped tomatoes to it and cook well. Then add turmeric, red chilli and salt and mix well. When tomatoes become soft, add chicken pieces and fry well. When the chicken is cooked well, add spinach paste to it and mix well. Now add garam masala, cover and let it cook for a few minutes.
