How to make Mawa
Boil the milk:
First of all, put two liters of milk in a heavy bottom pan and put it to boil on medium flame. Keep stirring the milk with a spoon at times so that it does not burn at the bottom.

Thicken the milk: When the milk comes to a boil, reduce the heat and let the milk cook for at least half an hour while stirring it slowly. This way the quantity of milk will reduce to less than half and it will thicken. When the milk thickens further and cream starts forming, keep stirring it continuously.

How to store Mawa: When the mawa cools down completely, keep it in an airtight container and store it in the fridge. You can easily use it for 1 week.
