Ingredients for making protein soup
Lentils: 3 spoons
Chana dal: 2 spoons
Moong dal (yellow): 3 spoons
Salt: as per taste
Ginger: 1 inch piece
Garlic cloves: 2-3
Chopped Tomato: 1/2 cup
Chopped Carrot: 1/2 cup
Turmeric powder: 1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Lemon juice: 2 teaspoons
Water: As per requirement
Chopped coriander: 2 teaspoons

Protein Soup Recipe
First of all, mix all the pulses in a bowl, wash them thoroughly and soak them in water for ten minutes. Then put pulses with water in the cooker, also add salt, turmeric powder, carrot, tomato, ginger and garlic. Now close the lid of the cooker and keep the dal to cook on the gas and let it whistle for two-three whistles. After this, turn off the gas and keep the dal to cool. When the lentils cool down, put them in a blender jar and grind them finely to make a smooth paste.

Now place a pan on the gas and add the prepared lentil paste into it, then add a little water to it. Also add black pepper powder, green coriander leaves and lemon and let it cook for five minutes. After this, turn off the gas and serve the soup hot. To make the taste of the soup even better, you can also mix a pinch of chili flakes in it while garnishing.
