Corn Spinach Vegetable Ingredients
To make Corn Palak Sabzi, take 1 cup boiled sweet corn, ½ cup onion paste, ½ tomato paste, ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder, 2 teaspoon coriander powder, ¼ teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon oil, ½ cup milk, salt as per taste. Take 1 cup chopped spinach, 1 teaspoon Kasuri methi, ½ cup chopped coriander, 3 garlic cloves, 2 green chillies and 1 piece of ginger.

Corn Palak Sabji Recipe
To make Corn Palak Sabzi, add spinach, kasoori methi and water in a pan and cook on medium flame. After some time, cool it and put it in the mixer grinder and add coriander, garlic, green chilli and ginger. Now grind everything finely and then keep it aside. To make vegetables, heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add onion paste to it and fry for 1-2 minutes. Then mix tomato puree in it and cook on medium flame. Now add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and garam masala and fry for 1 minute. Then add spinach paste to it.

After frying everything for 1 minute, mix milk and salt in it. Cook for 1-2 minutes and then add sweet corn and stir. After cooking for some time, turn off the gas. Your corn palak vegetable is ready. Serve it with hot roti or parathas.
