Ingredients for making Paneer Korma
200 gms Paneer
3 onions chopped lengthwise
2 tsp oil
1 tsp butter
15 soaked cashews
1 bay leaf
1 piece cinnamon
4 cloves
3 green cardamoms
1 black cardamom
1 tsp Kasuri Methi
2 green chillies
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
½ cup curd
½ tsp cumin seeds
½ tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp garam masala
¼ tsp cumin powder
¼ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
Green coriander and salt to taste
Recipe for making Paneer Korma
Put oil in the pan and heat it.
Fry the onion in hot oil and then take it out.
Now add paneer in the same oil and deep fry it.
When the cheese turns light red, take it out and put it in lukewarm water mixed with salt.
Then put fried onion, soaked cashews and curd in the mixer and make a smooth paste.
Put butter in the pan and heat it.
Then add cumin seeds, bay leaves, cloves, cardamom and cinnamon and fry them.
Now add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder and cumin powder in the pan.
After frying for some time, add cheese, onion, cashew and curd paste to it.
Now add water in the pan and cover it and let it cook for some time.
After cooking for three-four minutes, oil will start coming out from the mixture.
Now add paneer, green chillies, garam masala, kasuri methi and green coriander and mix.
Now cook for 2-3 minutes and serve hot Paneer Korma.
