Ingredients for making puffed rice snacks
two cups puffed rice
half cup semolina
half cup curd
2-3 chopped green chillies
quarter teaspoon sweet soda
half teaspoon cumin
half teaspoon white sesame seeds
half teaspoon turmeric powder
one spoon curry leaves
half teaspoon mustard
half teaspoon garlic paste
One medium sized finely chopped onion
a medium sized tomato
Half spoon pav bhaji masala
half teaspoon red chilli powder
half teaspoon mango powder
One spoon chopped coriander leaves
juice of half a lemon
salt as per taste
oil as required

Step by step recipe for making puffed rice snacks
-Clean puffed rice by washing it with water and squeezing it well.
-Keep them like this for some time so that they become a little soft.
-Now mash the soaked puffed rice well and add semolina and curd to it.
-Add half teaspoon green chilli, sweet soda, one tablespoon oil and salt as per taste.
– Mix all these things well and prepare the dough and keep it for some time to set.
-Make small balls from this dough and keep it aside.
-Now heat water in a pan and place a strainer on it.
-Place all the balls on this sieve, cover them and cook in steam for some time.
-Now heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, sesame seeds, green chillies, curry leaves and garlic paste and fry them.
