The hide and seek of rain that has been going on in Uttar Pradesh for the last few days is going to stop from Wednesday. According to the Meteorological Department, the weather is now expected to remain dry in most areas of the state. With this, there will be a gradual decline in night temperature in most parts of the state.
On Tuesday, light drizzle was seen in Lucknow, Kanpur, Mahoba, Rae Bareli and Unnao districts of Uttar Pradesh. Meteorologist Atul Kumar Singh of Lucknow-based Zonal Meteorological Center said that there are signs of rain stopping in UP from Wednesday. However, the possibility of sporadic drizzle in Sonbhadra and surrounding areas cannot be ruled out.
At the same time, there was drizzle at some places in the capital Lucknow on Tuesday also. Light showers occurred in different areas like Hazratganj, Mahanagar and Gomtinagar at 11 am. The weather is likely to remain dry in Lucknow from Wednesday.
