Today, the entire NCR including Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad will remain cloudy. During this time, light rain may also occur. Today the maximum temperature may be 33 and the minimum temperature may be 26 degrees. The Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert for today.

Alert issued in Delhi

According to the Meteorological Department, there may be light rain in Delhi on 12th and 13th August. During this time the maximum temperature can be 34 and the minimum temperature can be 27 degrees. There is also a possibility of rain in Delhi on 14th and 15th August. The Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert regarding this.

Possibility of heavy rain in UP and Bihar

There is a possibility of rain in Uttar Pradesh. According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of heavy rain with thunder and lightning in Deoria, Gorakhpur, Sant Kabirnagar, Basti, Kushinagar, Maharajganj, Siddharthnagar, Gonda, Balrampur, Shravasti, Bahraich, Lakhimpur Kheri, Sitapur, Barabanki, Saharanpur, Shamli, Muzaffarnagar, Baghpat, Meerut, Ghaziabad, Hapur, Bijnor, Amroha, Moradabad, Rampur, Bareilly, Pilibhit, Shahjahanpur, Sambhal, Badaun and surrounding areas.

If we talk about Bihar, a warning of heavy rain has been issued in West Champaran, East Champaran, Muzaffarpur and Vaishali. A yellow alert has been issued regarding rain in Saran, Bhojpur, Buxar, Kaimur, Rohtas, Arwal, Jehanabad, Gaya, Araria, Purnia and Kishanganj.

Alert issued in Uttarakhand and Himachal as well

An orange alert has been issued for heavy to very heavy rains in Chamoli and Bageshwar in Uttarakhand. Apart from this, a yellow alert has been issued for other districts including Dehradun. If we talk about Himachal Pradesh, IMD has also warned of flash floods in some places of Chamba, Hamirpur, Kullu, Mandi, Sirmaur and Shimla districts.
