For many districts of UP, the Meteorological Department suddenly issued a red alert on Tuesday and said that the coming few hours would be extremely heavy. However, during this time there was heavy rain and hailstorm in Lucknow.

According to the Meteorological Department, there are chances of strong wind, hailstorm and rain. Due to this, there is a possibility of a lot of damage to the standing crops. Dark thick clouds encamped in many districts including Lucknow around 3.30 pm.

Heavy rain and hailstorm occurred in Lucknow. Meanwhile, the Meteorological Department issued a warning for some areas of the state and asked to be alert.

Senior meteorologists say that the speed with which the wind is blowing is not less than 50 km per hour. However, its speed can definitely be told only after it is registered.

District Magistrates of Lucknow, Unnao, Barabanki, Mainpuri, Kannauj, Kanpur Nagar, Kanpur Dehat, Lakhimpur Kheri, Gonda, Ayodhya and Rae Bareli have been alerted and warned to be alert for widespread damage.



Farmers have suffered the most due to this change in the weather. The standing wheat-mustard crop has been damaged.
