To make Dahi Chana Chaat, take boiled gram, curd, green chilli, green coriander, tomato, onion and some spices, like chaat masala, chilli powder, cumin powder etc. in a bowl.  Mix all these things well and keep it for 5 minutes, then you can add mint chutney or tamarind chutney on top of it.
