3. Unstable Angina or Coronary Spasm: This is the third type of heart attack. There is not much danger to the person’s life in this, but the chances of getting heart attack again are very high. Because in this the arteries of the heart shrink a lot, due to which the blood flow in the heart is disturbed. Sometimes when the spasm in the coronary arteries increases too much, it also causes heart attack.
