When does severe cold day occur?

So let us tell you that when the minimum temperature is less than 10 degrees Celsius and the maximum temperature decreases by 4.5 degrees compared to normal, then this situation is called cold day. While the minimum temperature is less than 10 degrees, but if the maximum temperature falls by 6.4 degrees compared to normal, then it is called a severe cold day.
When does frost occur?
Mostly the problem of frost troubles the farmers in villages. When frost occurs in their fields, crops suffer a lot of damage. The Meteorological Department has expressed the possibility of frost at some places, but do you know what it is and when it occurs.
