Salaries for entry level workers
The salary of entry level officers in Pakistan Army varies according to their rank and post. The salary of Junior Commissioned Officers (JCOs) in the BPS 7 category ranges between PKR 20,000 to PKR 40,000, depending on their specific role and years of service. Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs), such as Lance Naik and Naik rank personnel, have a salary ranging between PKR 18,000 to PKR 30,000 under the BPS 5 to BPS 6 category.
Salary of officers of Captain rank and above
The salaries of mid-level officers in the Pakistan Army fall in the BPS 17 and BPS 18 ranges, with Army Captains receiving a monthly salary ranging from PKR 50,000 to PKR 90,000, while Army Majors receive a monthly salary ranging from PKR 60,000 to PKR 100,000. However, unlike entry-level executives, mid-level personnel are entitled to other allowances such as accommodation, transportation and utilities.
