Understand on the basis of law

Now coming to the real question that if an only child kills his parents, will he get legal rights in the property. Actually, in India, the property rights and inheritance laws are clear in such cases. According to Indian law, after the death of a person, his property is divided among his legal heirs.

On the other hand, if someone has a will, then the property is divided according to that. But, if there is no will, then the property is divided under the inheritance law. Under the Hindu Succession Act, 1956, the children and the husband/wife are the first entitled to the family property. But if an only child murders his parents, he can be deprived of the property under Section 25 and 27 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925.

Actually, according to these sections, if an heir murders a member of his family, he will not get the right to inheritance. This law is based on the principle that a person who murders someone does not have the moral or legal right to claim the property of the deceased. "Slayer Rule" It is also called.
