WhatsApp IOS Beta Users Can Now Choose The New Main Branding Color Of The App

WhatsApp Update: Social media giant WhatsApp continues to work on new features. First new features are released for beta testers, then they are made live for the common people. Meanwhile, the company has given a new ‘theme feature’ to iOS beta testers with the help of which users can change the main color of the app. iOS users will get this feature in the Appearance section. The company has given 5 different color options which include green, blue, white, pink and violet. You can choose any one of these colors as the main color of the app. With this, you will see your WhatsApp in a new look.

The information about this update has been shared by Wabetainfo, a website that keeps an eye on the development of WhatsApp. Currently this update has been seen in iOS 24.1.10.70 beta version. According to the website, the new feature gives users the option to set the color of the app as per their personality which will also change the user experience.

Chat backup will no longer be free in WhatsApp

WhatsApp has started counting chat backups on Google Drive account storage for beta users. This means that now the storage of your Drive account will be used for chat backup. If you do not have enough space in your account, you will either have to delete some data or purchase some additional space from Google. Currently, this update has been implemented for some beta testers and will be implemented on everyone by the first half of this year. This means that there will be no free chat backup.
