WhatsApp: WhatsApp has started rolling out a new feature in its Android app. The name of this feature is Channel Report. Through this feature, users will be able to get the list of channels for which reports have been filed and information about the action taken in it.
New feature of WhatsApp
WhatsApp has currently started rolling out this feature only for Android users. In such a situation, users using WhatsApp on Android devices have started getting channel reports. However, at this time the company has introduced this feature only for beta users, which will be available through Android 2.24.3.31 update. This new update of WhatsApp is available on Google Play Store.
Steps to use the new feature
- To use this feature, users will have to open their WhatsApp.
- After that you have to click on the three dot icon visible on the top right side. After that you will have to click on Settings.
- After that, users will see many options in the settings option. On scrolling down, you will get the option of Help. He has to click.
- Earlier, users used to get only three options under Help, which included Help Centre, Terms and Privacy Policy and App Info, but now users will also get a new option called Channel Reports.
- After clicking this new option, users will see which challenges they have reported and what action WhatsApp has taken on those reports.
However, WhatsApp has not yet started rolling out this feature for general users, but it is expected that in the coming time, WhatsApp can release this feature for all users.
