In Jyoti Nagar area of North-East Delhi, stopping young children from smoking bidi proved costly for a 12th class student. The accused 9th class student along with his friends attacked 17-year-old Ashaf Khatri with a glass bottle after school. Ashaf was rushed to GTB hospital after the bottle hit his face and stomach.
