Actually, Raja Kumar Sah, a resident of Hafla of Katihar, was earlier working in a shop to support his family. But during the Corona period, when the shop was closed and he lost his job, due to financial constraints and household constraints, he opened a Litti Chhola shop on a bicycle. Today he became self-reliant by running a Litti Chhola shop in Katihar’s Falpatti. They are also saying that they are satisfied with this work.
Raja Kumar Shah, who runs a Litti Chhola shop on a bicycle, says that he prepares Chhola in a handi by tying a gas cylinder to the bicycle. One litti for ₹ 10 and two littis for ₹ 20 are given to people along with chickpeas and coriander, mint, chilli chutney and salad papdi. Which the customers like very much. People working in nearby shops and people coming from other areas of the market also often enjoy Litti Chola Chutney and Salad.

Customers Kaleem Khan and Sonu Kumar Yadav, who came to their shop to eat Litti Chola, say that they often come here and eat Litti Chola. All of these seem quite tasty. Same Sonu Kumar Yadav says that the taste of Litti Chhola from his place is not available even in big hotels. That’s why he often comes here and enjoys Litti Chhola and chutney. Overall, Raja Kumar Sah, resident of Gafla, Katihar, is earning almost a good income by feeding Litti Chola to people for just ₹ 10 and ₹ 20. He is also feeding his family well.
