According to the news website South China Morning Post, a video has recently been posted on China’s social media platform Douyin in which a lot of turmoil and commotion can be seen in the plane due to a female passenger. Actually, this incident is of August 10. The plane was ready to take off from an airport in Chongqing province of southwestern China. But after some time the plane was brought back to the boarding gate. 2
The woman was travelling with a bag worth lakhs
It so happened that a female passenger was travelling with a Louis Vuitton handbag. According to the South China Morning Post, that Louis Vuitton handbag costs around 3 thousand dollars (2.5 lakh rupees) in China. Whereas the flight ticket of China Express Airlines from Shongqing to Hebi province costs 110 dollars (9 thousand rupees). In this sense, the woman was travelling with a bag which was more expensive than the flight ticket.
Prohibited from keeping bags under the seat
The woman decided that she would sit with the bag on the seat. But the air hostess objected and asked her to keep the bag under the seat. The woman refused saying that her bag was very expensive and she could not keep it down. Then what, the flight staff made the woman get down. Because of this, there was a delay of 1 hour, after which people started giving different types of reactions on social media. Some people said that it was the woman’s mistake, she should have listened to the air hostess, while some said that the air hostess should have given a bag to the woman, in which she could have kept her bag down.
