Makhana – 1 cup
Curd – 1 cup
Potato boiled – 1
Tomato – 1
Cucumber – 1/2
Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
Green coriander chopped – 1 tbsp
Tamarind chutney – 2 tsp
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
salt – as per taste

Makhana Chaat Recipe
To make Makhana Chaat, first boil the potatoes, peel off the potatoes and cut them into pieces. After this, finely chop tomato, cucumber and green coriander. Now take curd in a vessel and churn it well. While stirring the curd, keep in mind that it should remain light in consistency. A little water can also be added to the curd as per the requirement.
