According to the information, in the year 2019-20, one crore 40 lakh incidents of lightning were recorded in the country. At the same time, in the year 2020-21, the number of such incidents increased to one crore 85 lakh. After this, in the year 2021-22, it had come down to one crore 49 lakh. However, due to the reduction in pollution due to Kovid-19 and the clean atmosphere, a decrease in the incidents of lightning has been recorded.
