Police raided a house in Shahjahanpur’s Sadar Bazar police station area on Wednesday night and recovered cow meat. According to the police, the whole family used to slaughter animals inside the house. The accused fled from the spot. They are being searched for.
SP City Sanjay Kumar said that the police had received information from an informer that cow slaughter was being carried out in Lalu’s house in Anta Mohalla of Sadar Bazar police station area. On Wednesday night at around 12:00, the police raided the house under the leadership of CO City Saumya Pandey.
