People suffering from dengue malaria should consume easily digestible vegetables like gourd, pumpkin, carrot, spinach in their diet. It is rich in fiber and contains iron which increases platelet counts.

People suffering from dengue malaria should consume whole or sprouted grains in their diet, which can include things like moong, sprouts, brown rice and oats.
 
Consume ginger
Anti-inflammatory properties are found in ginger. It reduces nausea and promotes digestion. In such a situation, you can use ginger in ginger tea or soup.
 
Garlic 
Garlic also has antiviral properties, which strengthen your immune system. In such a situation, people affected by dengue or malaria should definitely include garlic in their diet.
