This problem is also with mangoes and bananas. There is a widespread misconception in our society that if you eat banana and drink milk and make mango shake then you will build muscles. It is true that drinking milk after these fruits makes muscles, but drinking milk with these fruits harms the body.

After how long after eating fruit, drink milk?

You can drink milk after half to an hour after eating fruits like banana and mango. However, it would be better if you increase this time to two hours. But if this is not possible then keep a gap of at least half an hour. When you consume fruits and milk in this way, your health will only get benefited.
