Now people on social media are asking whether Seema Haider’s future child can claim the property of her first husband Ghulam Haider. 

Seema’s citizenship 

Tell. Please note that Seema Haider has not yet got Indian citizenship. Seema Haider is still a legal citizen of Pakistan. Although she is married to Sachin, an Indian citizen. But Seema has not yet got Indian citizenship and it is difficult to get Indian citizenship. Because Seema had entered India illegally through Nepal. After which Seema and Sachin were arrested in India. This is the reason why it is difficult for Seema to get citizenship.

Seema’s child  Can claim the property

Now the question is whether Seema’s future child can claim the property. Let us tell you that only the children born in Pakistan from Seema’s first husband Ghulam Haider can claim the property. The child born after marrying Sachin in India will not be able to go to Pakistan and claim the property. The child born in India can claim the property of Seema’s second husband Sachin.  

Provisions for obtaining citizenship in India

Every person born in India after 26 January 1950 is a citizen of India. Any person born after July 1, 1987, will be considered a citizen of India only if his/her mother or father were citizens of India at the time of his/her birth. 

Who can get Indian citizenship? Apply for?

Let us tell you that if a person has been living in India for 11 years, then he can apply for citizenship. In CAA, this limit has been reduced to five years for non-Muslim people of Afghanistan, Pakistan and Bangladesh.
