Will Sunita Williams also see ‘fairies’ after returning from space? Why does this happen to astronauts returning from space?

Space is a part of our universe which is full of mysteries. Some mysteries have been solved by humans, but most of the mysteries remain puzzles. To solve these puzzles, scientists are continuously sending humans into space. Indian-origin American astronaut Sunita Williams is also one of them, who has been stuck in space for about 5 months. NASA is continuously making efforts to bring back Sunita Williams. It is possible that they will return by February-March.

It is a big question that after returning from space, in how many days will Sunita Williams and her partner Butch Wilmore be able to become physically fit. Because many changes occur physically and mentally in the astronauts who return from space. They are kept under the observation of doctors for months.

Will Sunita Williams also see fairies

In the beginning of the year 2022, a study was published in Frontier Neural Circuits. Its topic was ‘Brains in Space-Effect of Spacelight on Human Brain’. This study was conducted on 12 astronauts who had returned after spending more than 6 months in space. In this study, research was done on what is the effect on the brain of astronauts who return from space. It was said that to avoid radiation in space, the brain starts working differently. It was said in the study that astronauts returning after spending a long time face problems in speaking, walking and even meeting people. Their eyes also become weak. Donald Petit, an American astronaut who returned from a space trip, had told that he sees fairies and aliens as soon as he closes his eyes. Many astronauts had made such complaints.

What are the problems

When an astronaut is in space, gravity disappears, due to which all the weight of the body also disappears. Their brain works in different ways to control the body. Space agency NASA says that when away from gravity, the weight of human bones starts decreasing very rapidly. Even astronauts become victims of space anemia. It was said in a study that about 54 percent of the red blood cells in the bodies of 14 astronauts who returned from space had been destroyed.
